Pierrette launches THE FIRST COOKBOOK  WITH THE ENGLISH TRANSLATION  OF FOOD CULTURE FRANCE

Being definitely aware of the difficulties encountered by travellers when confronted to unfamiliar cooking traditions, french food, and terms  restaurant, the author dedicates this first cookbook french food to the tourists , amateurs of French food and culinary restaurant.

Pierrette, who has a passion for cooking french food, hopes to make her contribution to valorize the products of French food  « terroir »  and enable foreign visitors to discover them through photos and full descriptions  of french food.
